TERM & CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION PRIOR SHIPMENT

If you decide to cancel your order before we send you, you will incur any additional fees. Simply send us a cancellation request via Whatsapp or email to admin@sleepbetter.com. We recommend submitting your cancel request within 24 hours of placing your order to ensure timely processing.


Once we receive your cancellation request, we'll initiate a Full Refund. Please take note that cancellations are only available before the item is shipped.



RETURN POLICY

Here are the eligibility criteria for return requests after the goods have been shipped and received:

You can return your order within 30-days from the date of delivery if the items are incorrect, damaged, or defective.


Only products purchased directly from the Sleepbetter Online Store are eligible for returns. Official Sleepbetter Online Store: sleepbetter.sg


To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

i) Incorrect:

The received item differs from what you ordered in terms of size, color, or missing items.

ii) Damaged:

The item is damaged upon receipt, tampered with, refurbished, or modified.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

To eligible for a return or refund, you must have used our product for at least 15 days. This is due to our human body will need 10~14 days to adjust to new pillow & sleeping behaviour.
 

Refund:

i) Returned within 30 days from receipt (as evidenced by postal or courier receipt).

ii) Proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt) is provided.

iii) Item is in good condition, returned in its original packaging.

Packaging is unused, unmarked, and undamaged.


Replacement:

Proven faulty within 30 days with detail photo evidence & sent back to us for inspection, we will replace you a new one.

Sleepbetter reserve the right to reject any cancellation or refund request deemed unfit or unreasonable.

REFUND & SHIPPING POLICY

Your full refund request will be proccessed once we receive and inspect the returned goods at our return center. Once the returned goods meet our return policy criteria, the refund will be processed.


Refunds will be processed based on your original payment method:

a) For online bank transfers, refunds will be credited to your bank account within 7-10 working days.

b) For credit card refunds, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 12~15 working days.


Please contact your card-issuing bank for refund status.

Shipping Policy:

Please ensure correct addresses and reachable phone numbers are provided.

We are not liable for goods returned due to incorrect shipping addresses provided.

All re-deliveries will incur associated shipping charges, which will be informed upon request for a second delivery attempt.

Change in Shipping Address:

If you need to change your shipping address, please Whatsapp us within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after 24 hours of order confirmation will incur associated shipping charges.

Shipping Time:

Goods typically arrive at your destination within 1-2 working days (Monday, Wednesday & Friday). Deliveries are made during office hours between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm weekdays only.
